Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Fantasy Surf Games ("the Service", "FSG", "we"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FSG. The Service does not collect data from children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

3. Account & Identity

You're responsible for activity on your account. Don't share login credentials, and let us know at bryce@fantasysurfgames.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. No Gambling, No Real-Money Entry Fees

FSG is a free-to-play fantasy sports platform. There are no real-money entry fees, prize pools, or gambling features. Any "league prizes" arranged between members are settled outside the platform and are not endorsed, processed, or guaranteed by FSG.

5. User Content

League names, team names, display names, league descriptions, and any other content you submit ("User Content") is yours, but you grant FSG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and modify it as necessary to operate the Service. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, and don't submit anything that violates §6.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Submit hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable User Content
• Attempt to access accounts or data you don't own
• Probe, scan, or attempt to circumvent security or rate-limiting features
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) against the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We may also remove User Content that violates them.

7. Data Sources & Accuracy

FSG aggregates data from the World Surf League (WSL) and other public sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep that data accurate but make no warranty as to its correctness, completeness, or timeliness. Scoring, standings, and predictions are provided "as is".

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided as-is and on an "as-available" basis. We don't guarantee uptime, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. Live scoring and notifications may be delayed or missed during WSL events.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FSG IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FSG IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
